Terms & Conditions
Last updated 3 July 2026.
Agreement
By using this website — browsing, placing an order, or making a reservation or enquiry — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Dastaan is operated from New Delhi, India.
Orders & payment
Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice, and an order is a request that we may decline (for example, if an item is sold out or a table cannot be seated). Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised and we accept it.
Prices & taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any taxes and service charge, where levied, are shown at checkout or on your bill.
Reservations
A reservation request is confirmed only when we acknowledge it directly. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your booking; tables held beyond this may be released. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the table to another guest.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, access it by unauthorised means, submit false or automated bookings, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access where use is abusive or unlawful.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the name, marks, photography, menu descriptions and design — belongs to Dastaan or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering — we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
